Online Orders
We hope you love your new chess set or board, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To start a return, please contact us at [email address] with your order number and reason for return.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange a product, please let us know - we’ll do our best to arrange it, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
