We aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with care. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, timeframes, and how we handle larger items.

Standard UK Shipping

• Delivery Time: 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch
• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on item size and destination (oversized items may be quoted separately)
• Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is on its way

We use trusted couriers for all standard-size chess sets and accessories. Most orders arrive within a week.

Large or Oversized Sets, Boards, and Pieces
Some of our items are large, heavy, or particularly fragile. These may require:

• In-person collection from our Cambridge location, or
• Special courier delivery, quoted separately after purchase

If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you after checkout to arrange the best delivery option and confirm timing and cost. If you’d like to check before purchasing, please contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.

International Shipping
We’re happy to ship internationally to many locations. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability, cost, and delivery timeframe for your location.

Other Notes

• If your order contains a mix of items, we may split the delivery based on size and logistics
• We do not ship to PO Boxes
• If an item is out of stock or delayed, we’ll let you know as soon as possible
