1980's wooden pyrography Soviet chess set and folding board

Folding vintage chess board from USSR with a pyrography chess board on the outside and a backgammon board inside. All original chess pieces are included. Interestingly, the letters read from right to left instead of left to right. The distinctive star emblem on the inside is a common motif in soviet-era items.

The board has some wear commensurate with its age.
