Very lovely and unusual 19th century mini chess set. The King has a crown rather than a cross on the top and is 4cm tall. Pawns are 2.3cm tall. Several of the pieces screw off the base.

The box is unlikely to be the original and has some damage. It is marked with the name of one of the previous owners.
