Studio Ann Carlton Rameses Chess set with highly polished 20" wooden chess board

This is an, as new, rare Studio Ann Carlton Rameses chess set. The figures incorporate details based on authentic ancient Egyptian dress, style and culture of the late, middle and new kingdom 1800-1075BC.

The King is Pharaoh Rameses II, known as Rameses The Great. 
The Queen is Rameses' favourite wife, Queen Nefertari.
The Bishop is represented by a high priest of the temple.
The Knight is the sacred lion
The Castle is an ancient Egyptian temple
The Pawns are Egyptian soldiers.

This set was made by the craftsmen of Studio Ann Carlton in England. Comes in original box,

Sold with a highly glossed wooden chess board. The playing area is 16" square and the overall size of the board is 20" square. The board has a couple of minor light scratches.
